west texas all the way up into the northeast. while the weather's looking pretty good for the ryder cup there outside of chicago. temperatures going to be agreeable there. but just to the south chance for some showers and even some thunderstorms there. same story in southern florida. and we're going to slowly warm things back up throughout parts of the midwest, in particular the upper midwest. 76 now in minneapolis for friday, 70 in chicago. still hot relatively speaking in the southeast. upper 80s and lower 90s for many locations. that front sagging a little bit farther to the south. that's going to moderate temperatures a bit, looking at lower 80s, dallas plummeting with those readings, 78, areas to the north moderating to the warmer side. south of the front moderate together cooler side, north of it moderate together warmer side. that's what we're going to be seeing this weekend. on sunday there'll be a better chance for showers and a few thunderstorms within this. cooler temperatures throughout parts of the northeast from boston to new york lower to mid
